【杂志简介】
《数学季刊》，全国中文核心期刊。由已故著名科学家陈景润院士1986年创刊，创刊为中文版，现为英文版。是我国数学界委托河南大学承办，以刊登数学学科中具有创造性、代表学科水平的科研成果为主的综合性学术刊物。编委会由名誉主编苏步青院士、吴文俊院士;名誉编委丁夏畦院士、谷超豪院士等著名数学家;主编胡和生院士、林群院士;副主编王天泽教授;编委李大潜院士、李邦和院士等40多名数学家组成。王天泽教授兼任编辑部主任，刘浩教授任编辑部执行主任。
二十年来来，《数学季刊》坚持办刊宗旨，在刊登我国数学学科的最新科研成果，促进学术交流，传播数学学科先进科学文化等方面作了持续地努力，使刊物办出了特色，在国内的数学界建立了一定影响，取得了比较显著的社会效益。
从1994年开始，《数学季刊》就进入中国北京图书馆核心期刊，是较早进入核心期刊的数学刊物之一。《数学季刊》是美国《数学评论》，德国《数学文摘》，俄罗斯《文摘杂志》，以及国内的《中国数学文摘》，《中国科学文摘》，《中国科学引文数据库》(cscd)的文献源或源泉期刊。特别是，《数学季刊》近几年自1998年以来期刊的影响因子逐年提高。《数学季刊》的奋斗目标是争取进入SCI核心期刊。

交通类论文发表：接触网作业车制动闸瓦偏磨原因分析及改进
摘 要：接触网作业车是电气化铁路接触网日常维修、大修、事故抢修和施工的重要机具。其作业车制动系统性能好坏，将直接影响其行车安全。笔者结合多年的现场检修工作经验与专业理论知识，通过对接触网作业车制动闸瓦偏磨原因分析，采取科学有效措施，并在作业车上进行成功改造，使制动闸瓦偏磨问题得到彻底解决。

随着电气化铁道向高速、重载方向快速发展，对接触网可靠性的要求越来越高，也对接触网作业车行车安全提出更高要求。随着我段接触网作业车使用年限增加，制动闸瓦偏磨越来越严重，直接影响行车安全。
