   《水动力学研究与进展》由全国70多个高等院校和科研单位联合主办,分A、B两辑出版。国内统一刊号:CN31—1399/TK(A辑,中文版);CN31—1563/T(B辑,英文版)。中文版和英文版内容不重复。

  《水动力学研究与进展》是原国家科委正式批准的全国性学报类学术刊物,国内外公开发行。主要刊载能源开发、船舶和海洋工程、水利工程、机械工程、反应堆工程、石油化学工程环境工程、生物工程等方面有关物理模型、数值模拟、试验研究、试验技术新成果以及学科介绍、研究简报等文章。

  《水动力学研究与进展》刊出的学术论文在美国《工程索引(Ei)》、《数学评论》、《应用力学评论》、德国《数学文摘》等国际权威刊物中都有摘录。已被美国《应用力学评论》定为“核心期刊”,美国《工程索引》定为“EiCompendex”数据库收录期刊,国际核心期刊研究会定为“中国自然科学核心期刊”,北京高校图书馆期刊工作研究会定为“中文核心期刊”,国家科技部定为“中国科技论文统计源期刊”。已被评为“中国期刊方阵双效期刊”、“全国优秀国防科技期刊”、“上海市优秀科技期刊”。已进入中国科技信息研究所《万方数据(ChinaInfo)系统》、中国科学院文献情报中心《中国科学引文数据库》、机械部科技信息研究院《中国机械信息网》、清华大学《中国学术期刊(光盘版)》、国防科工委《中国工程技术网(CETIN)》。英文版(印刷版、电子版)已由全球最大出版集团Elsevier向境外发行。
