Published since 1947, ?Folia Phoniatrica et Logopaedicaí provides a survey of international research in physiology and pathology of speech and the voice organs. Original papers published in this journal report recent findings in the assessment of vocal functions and in the detection, therapy, and rehabilitation of speech disorders. Contributors present results of experimental investigations important for instruction and further study. Thus this periodical is essential reading for medical and other professionals concerned with education, social work and training of singers and actors.
