This mix of contributions between researchers and professionals helps a broad readership stay informed of developments in this wide-ranging, fast moving field.Recently published articles include an exploratory study of the susceptibility of individuals to 'phishing'; a research essay on crowdsourcing of information systems research, and a study that explains the relationship between trust, distrust, and ambivalence in online transaction relationships using polynomial regression analysis and response surface analysis.
